A new piece opens every Monday and remains customizable until Sunday at 11:59 PM ET. When the window closes, all orders move into production and the following week introduces a new design and category.

Custom pieces usually ship within 3–4 weeks after the weekly window closes. Your account will show design confirmed, in production, quality check, and shipped status.

Because personalized pieces are made for you, they are final sale unless they arrive damaged or do not match the confirmed order. Ready-to-ship pieces may be returned within 14 days.

Our gold vermeil uses a substantial layer of gold over sterling silver. Exact plating specifications will be confirmed before production launch.

Avoid impact, perfume, harsh chemicals, and prolonged water exposure. Wipe gently with a soft cloth and store each piece separately.
